Darin Compt is a small business owner, founder of No Filter Friday, and busy single dad of 3 active kids. And while his life is full and rewarding, he has experienced a few low points in his life - one of which prompted the establishment of No Filter Friday.

Darin will chat about how he is using his own experiences of separation and divorce to help other dads. And as we know at 100words - it’s all about creating a safe space for open, honest conversation.

Darin has contact with up to 20 people a week via No Filter Friday. Most just want to chat via the platform anonymously, and Darin is able to guide them to avenues of professional help. Darin is acutely aware of the challenges of dealing with the court system during divorce, and just how difficult it can be for dads feeling like there is no support network during separation and divorce. The suicide of one single dad was the catalyst for No Filter Friday.
