In the next episode Turts catches up with Nick Holland from the EJ Whitten Foundation.

Nick Holland is a former Australian rules footballer and current CEO of the E.J. Whitten Foundation.

He played 179 senior games for the Hawthorn Football Club, winning the best and fairest in 2000, leading goal kicker in 97 & 2000 and was awarded the AFL Rising Star Award in 1995. He also represented South Australia in State of Origin and Australia in the International Rules Series.

Post football he worked as a lawyer for the Australian Labor Party Law Firm, Holding Redlich and represented Essendon in the ASADA investigation into supplements taken by Essendon players. He moved back into sport in 2013 at the Australian Sports Commission and was part of the team at Athletics Australia that developed the Nitro Athletics Series with Usain Bolt.

He is currently the CEO of the E.J. Whitten Foundation, a not-for-profit men’s health organisation that builds awareness for men’s health and funds cancer research and treatment trials at the newly established E.J. Whitten Prostate Cancer Research Centre at Epworth.
