Andy is an auctioneer, exuding confidence & feeling comfortable in front of big groups of people. He also connects with people to inspire action in them & their businesses.

But behind closed doors Andy has faced up to a mental health challenge for 5 years that has taken him to the brink on more than 1 occasion.

Thanks to his GP, Andy became a student of his own condition (acute depression & anxiety), and for 5 years went through several learning experiences & changes within his own mindset.

But in the first week of April, Andy faced the greatest test of his progression when he found out that BOTH of his parents had been diagnosed with cancer. How did he get on? Tune in to find out...
