This week, Turts chats to North Melbourne Footballer Mason Wood

Mason will chat to us about how the club is working hard to maintain the close bonds of the playing group and staff at North Melbourne during this time of isolation. He’ll give us some insight into the tools they are using and the important, fun and funny ways they connect.

Mason will also talk about his own routines for keeping his physical and mental health in check, and including mindfulness, meditation and gratitude into his every day.
