Andy first became aware of depression and anxiety not long after the birth of his first child, after a heated argument lead to the realisation that guys can also suffer with post-natal depression. After making an appointment with his GP, Andy began the evolution of his mental health - a journey that has now helped him through the last 2 months - one of the most challenging periods of his life.
