Grant learnt the values of teamwork, adaptability and resilience from a very early age. As the son of a career football coach, he moved schools regularly and each time had to learn to adapt, establish new friendships and build networks. He built on these experiences after joining the defence force academy and spending his military career in various leadership roles that took him into many war torn countries.

Life and career lessons around leadership in adversity, the importance of adaptability and teamwork and working through times of crisis have all now translated into Grant’s business - Left of Boom.
